Food For Thought Panel Discussion

How can Hoosiers end hunger? Tune in March 8



The Indiana Humanities Council and Indiana’s Family of Farmers recently held a panel discussion about hunger from a global and local perspective. Part of the Indiana Humanities Council’s two-year Food for Thought campaign, the moderated discussion will be broadcast by WFYI (90.1 FM), on March 8 from 7-8:30 p.m.
Moderated by Keira Amstutz, president and CEO of the Indiana Humanities Council, it featured Roger Thurow, author of Enough: Why the World's Poorest Starve in an Age of Plenty, Ted McKinney, senior director of corporate affairs at Elanco, and Jerry Adams, chairman of the board at Second Helpings.

An audience composed of educators, hunger advocates, and community and business leaders participated by asking questions and engaging in dialogue with the speakers.
