Microfinance friends –
We have it on good authority that Dr. Muhammad Yunus’ Congressional Gold Medal award ceremony will be held in April! This could be a wonderful opportunity to do some community outreach. We could perhaps have a screening of To Catch a Dollar or some other microfinance-related film. We could invite Grameen America and Indianapolis Rep. Carson to be in the mix. We could simply write an op-ed.
Do you all have any thoughts? Any interest in pursuing an advocacy action around this event?
